Netsky has been slowly teasing out new music over the past few months and now we know why - he has an album on the way. The Belgian Olympic National team has announced the details for this third artist album, aptly titled 3, including a tracklist and release date. The LP will feature the likes of JAUZ, Chromeo, Saint Raymond and Emeli Sandé.
3 will be released on May 20 and moves beyond just the drum n bass percussion that one knows from Netsky incorporates Latin rhythms, house, disco and more. There are two different collaborations with Digital Farm Animals on the record.
To go along with the announcement, he has released the latest single from the LP, his collaboration with JAUZ, "Higher." The final track on the album, it is a bit slower than one might expect from the drum n bass producer, but it is powerful fusion of bass, house and grinding low end that one might expect to hear much more.
Those who pre-order the new album will receive four songs as instant grat downloads, "Rio," "Higher" with Jauz, "Forget What You Look Like" with Lowell and "Work It Out" featuring Digital Farm Animals.
