The Hollywood Vampires -- Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Joe Perry of Aerosmith, and Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses -- are slated to go on tour this summer. While the tour may be short, only nine dates in all, it is sure to have a big impact on fans.
According to Perry’s website, the tour will May 27 and will run through July 25, hitting several festivals and a number of shows. It will travel to countries Portugal; Sweden, Denmark and Romania before making an appearance at shows in the Midwest. It will finish out at an unlikely location, the California State Fair, in Paso Robles. The band also recently made an appearance at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
“We have to carefully schedule the Vampires,” Cooper said to Rolling Stone. “That’s because you have Johnny’s movie schedule, you’ve got Aerosmith, you’ve got Guns N’ Roses and you’ve got me! It’s five entities going in five different directions. To get those guys all at one time when we’re not working is really unique. So everybody looks at their calendar and you have to find that two weeks where everybody’s off.”
