The American Idol finale was full of amazing performances from Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood and others including a hot performance from Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, who debuted her new song "Ain’t Your Mama."

Aside from the new track, Lopez also performed a classic hit, “Let’s Get Loud” which is from her On The 6 LP in 1999, Entertainment Weekly reported.

"Ain’t Your Mama" is the diva's first single via Sony-owned Epic Records which is written by Meghan Trainor. The song talks about refusing to make your man act like a baby because you're not his mama and you have other more important things to do. Apparently, the empowering message of the song is reminiscent of Trainor's "Dear Future Husband."

The song is also facing controversy since it is co-produced by Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald — aka Dr. Luke who was sued by singer Kesha due to sexual abuse. According to NME, fans were not happy that Lopez worked with Dr. Luke and they expressed their dismay on Twitter.

But E! Online cleared up the rumors, claiming that Dr. Luke was not involved in the finished production of the song and that the singer did not work with him.

Lopez debuted her new track with a show-stopping performance wherein she first came out wearing a sexy French maid uniform and transitioned into two more costume change with a lavender and mint outfit by Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran. Jebran designed J.Lo's costume featuring three separate layers of sexy outfit that she used during the show, Yahoo! reported.

The "Jenny From the Block" singer also got emotional during the American Idol finale which is also its farewell episode after 15 years of being on air. Lopez has been an Idol judge for five years. Apart from Lopez, Clarkson and Underwood, there were also performances from Jordin Sparks, Justin Guarini, Jennifer Hudson and even William Hung.
