Montreal's biggest electronic music festival, IleSoniq, just announced its complete 2016 lineup. Zedd, The Chainsmokers, Skrillex and DVBBS will top the bill for this year.
The rest of the lineup will include other names like Andrew Bayer, Botnek, Pierce Fulton, Snails, Throttle, Jai Wolf, Jason Ross, Cosmic Gate and Markus Schulz. Ferry Corsten will revive his old-school trance alter ego Gouryella for this festival.
The lineup has a mix of mainly recognizable names that span from accessible bass-heavy names, to mainstage regulars, trance and some house presented by Oliver Heldens.
Trance will be represented by the likes of Cosmic Gate, Jason Ross, Ferry Corsten, Ilan Bluestone and Andrew Bayer. Some of the heavier elements of dance music will come from Bro Safari, NGHTMRE, Zomboy, Yellow Claw and Snails.
Oliver Heldens will host his own Heldeep stage with likely candidates to join him including Pomo, Throttle, Thomas Jack and Hannah Wants.
Zedd and The Chainsmokers will headline the first night, Friday, Aug. 5 and then Skrillex and DVBBS will finish out festivities on Saturday, Aug. 6.
Ilsoniq will take place at Parterre du Parc Jean-Drapeau in Montreal on Aug. 5-6. Tickets are on sale now via the festival's website.
