Breezy is going back to court.

According to XXL, Chris Brown is remaining 'loyal' to his original story and has rejected a plea deal in his Washington, D.C. assault case.

TMZ says Brown was close to copping a plea but the prosecutor and Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, couldn't come to an agreement on a statement of fact about the events leading to the alleged assault.

Brown has said from the beginning that he is innocent and did not partake in the assault last October.

Had he accepted the plea deal, he wouldn't have faced any additional jail time but by opting to go to trial, he runs the risk of going back to jail.

As previously reported, Brown was ordered to spend an additional 131 days in jail after confessing to violating his probation.

According to the Associated Press, Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin sentenced Brown to serve a year in county jail but gave him credit for nearly eight months.

He received credit for time he has spent in rehab and jail, as well as credits for good behavior while behind bars.

It was reported that Brown admitted his involvement in the Washington, D.C. assault case during his court appearance. His admission waived his rights to an evidentiary hearing in which prosecutors would have to prove that Brown violated his probation.

Reports say he answered "Yes sir" to Brandlin's questions during the hearing including a question about whether he was acknowledging he committed a crime in Washington, D.C.

Brown's probation for the 2009 beating of ex-girlfriend pop singer Rihanna Fenty was revoked after his Washington assault arrest.
