Kanye West has been released from the hospital, but is reportedly not living with Kim Kardashian during his recovery.

A source confirmed to Billboard that West had left the hospital where he had been cared for for over a week. The rapper entered the hospital on Nov. 21 after he cancelled the last dates of his Saint Pablo Tour, and was treated for exhaustion and sleep deprivation.

Before West was hospitalized, he went on a concert rant where the rapper claimed he would have voted for Donald Trump. The speech lasted a full 40 minutes, and fan shot videos and tweets reported that West was praising the nature of Trump’s campaign, not Trump himself.

“Whether you voted for Hillary or Trump, this is a safe space for both of you,” the rapper said to the audience, in addition to bringing up his own potential run in 2020. He also told fans to stop focusing on racism, because we live in a racist country.

People reports that an insider claims that West and Kim are now living in different households.

“Kanye isn’t at home with Kim and the kids,” the source said. “He is instead receiving outpatient care elsewhere with a medical team. Kim still seems concerned but is supportive.”

Page Six reports that family sources believe the cause of the meltdown was that West had been taking his medications erratically. TMZ further asserts that he was taking them incorrectly due to stress following Kardashian’s widely publicized armed robbery in Paris.

Executive producer of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Ryan Seacrest, said that filming on the show is not halted for the 13th season, saying, “I’ve spoken to Kim. I’ve not spoken to Kanye, but I think that things are going better now.”
