Kanye West is reportedly now stable following his hospitalization, and will be spending the rest of 2016 with wife Kim Kardashian and his family.

According to Page Six, a source said that West and Kardashian “plan on taking the rest of 2016 off and spending time as a family.” The source further went on to say that West is now “stable - but needs time to come back.”

E! is further reporting that West “will remain getting outpatient treatment until he is fully recovered… Kim will of course always stay by Kanye’s side and support him and help him through it all.”

The news is contradictory to reports that West was not living with Kardashian and his children following his hospitalization. The rapper was first admitted to the hospital on Nov. 21 and was treated for exhaustion and sleep deprivation after he cancelled the last dates of his Saint Pablo Tour.

A source for People told the magazine that the two are currently living in different households.

“Kanye isn’t at home with Kim and the kids,” the source said. “He is instead receiving outpatient care elsewhere with a medical team. Kim still seems concerned but is supportive.”

It had also been reported that he was originally hospitalized for taking his medications incorrectly, which was related to stress caused by his wife’s highly publicized robbery in Paris according to TMZ.

Despite the aftermath of the hospitalization, the 13th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will reportedly still be filming.

Executive producer Ryan Seacrest said, “I’ve spoken to Kim. I’ve not spoken to Kanye, but I think that things are going better now.”
