Carrie Underwood recently shared two workout photos with her husband, Mike Fisher, as well as their son, Isaiah Michael. The American Idol winner also joked about not having a productive work out because of her boys.

In the first photo, Underwood is doing some squats, and Isaiah adorably imitates her. In the second picture, Fisher is doing some pushups, and the 2-year-old tries to copy his dad.

Carrie Underwood's Freak Accident

Underwood's two recent pictures mark the singer's official return to social media after a brief hiatus. In November, she had a hard fall on the steps outside of her home. Underwood revealed that she broke her wrists following the incident, and she also got 40 to 50 stitches to her face.

Following the accident, the "Before He Cheats" singer said that what happened to her definitely changed her life.

"There is also another part of the story that I haven't been ready to talk about since I have still been living it and there has been much uncertainty as to how things will end up," said Underwood.

Months later, she updated her fans with a photo of her wrist and said that her bones are healing well. She also revealed that a flat metal plate and screws were placed in her wrist to help her broken bones heal.

Music Break

Underwood's accident was not the only thing that changed her life. Giving birth to Isaiah also changed the singer's perspective on things. Last year, the 34-year-old singer decided to go on a short break so she could focus on being a wife to her husband, and a mom to her son.

"Sometimes I feel guilty that this is my son's life: We live on a bus and we're in a hotel room and sometimes we're in the middle of nowhere and it's not so great. It's not all glamorous. We have a nanny who helps out, especially when we're on the road. But I'd feel guilty asking someone to watch him at home while I run to the grocery store," said the singer.

Fisher also shares the same sentiments with his wife. During an interview, the professional hockey player said that he just wants to spend as much time with his son as possible. He also said that they plan on staying in Nashville because that is where Isaiah was born.
