Rumor has it that a boyfriend isn't all Rita Ora lost when she and producer Calvin Harris broke up earlier this year. According to new reports, Ora may be barred from including any collaborations with Harris on her follow-up to her 2012 debut album.

According to The Sun (via The Irish Independent), Harris is going to keep Ora from using any of the music they worked on together during their relationship, putting her sophomore effort in severe jeopardy.

"Rita's album has hit a bit of a road block after Calvin pulled all the songs he had worked on for the project before they split. He'd made a lot of songs for her but they're now likely to go to other artists," a source told The Sun.

Though that may seem like a coldhearted move, it seems as though Harris has good intentions: he just wants himself and Ora to have a "clean break" instead of continuing to be entangled in each other's lives.

Though if Harris is going to stop Ora from using any of their collaborative music, that means the album's lead single "I Will Never Let You Down" will also have to be scrapped. This could be very damaging for the record's promotional cycle; "I Will Never Let You Down" peaked at No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart and the US Hot Dance Singles Chart.

Most details about Ora's new album, which is due out in September, are scarce. She's recorded duets with some big name singers though, including Prince, Diplo and Macklemore.

Harris and Ora broke up earlier this year, though the "Summer" musician announced their split on his official Twitter account on June 6.
