It looks as if Jack White had a busy weekend. After headlining at the Newport Folk Festival this past Saturday, the Lazaretto singer made his way over to another Rhode Island gig at the Providence Performing Arts Center and joined Beck on the stage.

After being introduced as "the best bartender in the world," White took to the stage and joined the band for the encore set. Billboard reports he accompanied the musician with an acoustic guitar and backing vocals on "Pay No Mind," "Loser" – both of which were off of Beck's 1994 album Mellow Gold – and finally, an extended version of "Where It's At."

Towards the end, Beck had not only White onstage with him, but also Sean Lennon, who was on tambourine and helped out with "One Foot in the Grave." The son of legendary Beatle, John Lennon, opened the show with his band Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger.

At some point during his appearance, White reportedly participated in a choreographed dance number.

The two (White and Beck) have had a relationship for a number of years. The latter released a single on White's Third Man Records back in 2012, and his upcoming Song Read record is going to feature songs from the Lazaretto singer.

News of his appearance alongside Beck comes just after the former White Stripe announced that he's going to be tossing out the first pitch at a Detroit Tigers game. White, as we've all seen, is notorious for his love of baseball –– despite that recent picture of him at a Cubs-Padres game.
