Rolling Stone reports that in anticipation of its upcoming 50th anniversary tour, legendary rockers the Who are reaching out to fans for any recordings of the band over the years that may have never before seen the light of day, including bootleg recordings, fan-shot concert footage, photos, memorabilia, or even forgotten radio and TV performances. The best of these fan-provided items will be included in upcoming anniversary releases. Along with receiving credit for whatever they hand over, each fan will also receive two VIP tickets for the Who's upcoming tour.

In a press conference back in June, singer Roger Daltrey revealed that the Who's upcoming 50th anniversary tour will be "the beginning of a long goodbye," adding "We'll stop touring, I'm sure, before we stop playing as a band."

"The band will play all the classic anthems as well as tackling deeper cuts from their catalogue," the Who shared in a press release. "[They will] take their audience on an 'Amazing Journey' through their entire career from the days of the High Numbers to classic albums such as Who's Next, Tommy, Quadrophenia, My Generation, Live At Leeds up to the present day."
