Teen Choice Awards 2016 predictions: Will Justin Bieber, Star Wars or Suicide Squad win big?

Good friends and American Idol alums Jessica Sanchez and Candice Glover were spotted together at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday. Glover was on hand to see if she won Choice Breakout Artist (the award went to Ed Sheeran) when she snapped the above picture with Sanchez and Fifth Harmony. The duo might even be working on a song together!

"Backstage at the #TCAs with these hot ladies@jessicaesanchez @fifthharmony," Glover wrote.

Both Glover and Sanchez took to Twitter to talk about their experience at the TCAs.

Teen Choice Awards tonight! :)

Having so much fun :) #TCAs

Tonight was so fun! Thanks to everyone who voted for me! Such an honor to be nominated for an award :) #TCAs

Sanchez had previously spoke on her friendship with Glover earlier this year after Glover won the 12th season of American Idol.

"I love Candice. She's my friend from last season. I was secretly rooting for her. That's my girl," said Sanchez when asked about Glover's success.

Finally, it's possible (if a bit of a long shot), that Glover and Sanchez may be working on new music together. Immediately after the TCAs (where Glover was photographed hanging with Sanchez), Candace hit the studio, tweeting:

In the studio to record a song written by one of my FAVORITE PEOPLE! Hope I can do it justice :)

It's a long shot, but maybe...just maybe we'll be hearing the result of a Sanchez/Glover collab.
