Grimes (born Claire Boucher) and producer Blood Diamonds teamed up for the song "Go" which debuted back in June. A 36-second preview clip has now been shared of the visuals for the track, UnderTheRadar reports.

Directed by Boucher and her brother Mac, the clip features a cinematic desert landscape, imaginative costumes, ominous backlit people, and Boucher herself dancing.

The song was originally written for fellow Roc Nation labelmate Rihanna but end up being rejected.

Grimes announced the new song via Twitter prior to her June 6 set at New York's Governors Ball.

"For those at gov ball, u should stick around for my final song," she wrote, "because its special & top secret & new, actually im playin 3 new songs... but the last song is one me and @BLOOD_DIAMOND5 wrote for rihanna but they turned it down it so its kinda different from regular grimes."

On the track, Grimes sings, "Dreams, they feel like memories when I dream of you/ Time won't stay, it'll stretch itself out from a minute to days/ And I'd like to think that we don't dream to wipe it off/ 'Cos I've been here."

No release date has been announced for the video, but it'll likely come out in the next few days.
