When a song goes to radio, Mediabase counts how many stations add it to their rotation each week. When Blake Shelton's "Neon Lights" went to radio for its official August 25th debut, stations scooped it up the first week, making it the most added county song. The second week, the tune topped out again with another 65 adds.

Chris Young's "Lonely Eyes" was the second most added for the week with 33 adds. "Homegrown Honey," the latest from Darius Rucker, came in at #3 with 27 adds while Justin Moore's "Home Sweet Home" (featuring Vince Neil) beat out "Show You Off" from Dan + Shay by one with 15 adds.

Going on down the line, "Headlights" from Montgomery Gentry grabbed 14 adds; "What We Ain't Got" from Jake Owen got 12, as did "Somewhere in My Car" from Keith Urban and "Girl in a Country Song" from Maddie and Tae. Chase Bryant's "Take it on Back" brought up the bottom end with 11 adds.

Will this be consecutive No. 1 single #12? Probably! Just this past April, he broke the record for the most consecutive No. 1 singles in the history of the Nielsen BDS-based Billboard Country Airplay chart with "Doin' What She Likes" and "Neon Lights" could easily set another record.
