    Alternative rock veterans Weezer recently announced that they will be hitting the road this summer with Panic! At The Disco. The tour will be in support of Weezer's 10th studio album, which is set to drop April 1, and Panic! will be supporting its newest release, 'Death of a Bachelor,' which debuted on January 15. Other support for the tour includes Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness (Something Corporate, Jack's Mannequin) for the North American leg of the tour. The tour will launch on June 10 in Houston and extend until August 6 where it will wrap up in Irvine, California, and ticket prices to see Weezer are already rising on the secondary market.

    Lil Wayne will ring in the New Year with a brand new tour planned to hit cities that he rarely gets to perform in. 'The Dedication Tour,' which will feature hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd as the opening act, kicks off January 21 in El Paso and will extend until March 6 when it wraps in Lincoln, Nebraska. The tour will also hit lesser-played cities like Wallingford, Connecticut, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Bossier City, Louisiana, according to a report from Billboard. The time fans saw Weezy on a major tour was during his 2014 co-headlining run with Drake on the 'Drake vs. Lil Wayne Tour,' and so fans in the less-popular markets are jumping for tickets to see Lil Wayne.

    Multi-platinum selling artist Josh Groban announced last month that he will be hitting the road this summer to support his hugely successful 2015 release, 'Stages,' which features a collection of songs from Broadway musicals. The tour, which he has penned 'Josh Groban: On Stage,' will kick off on July 15 in New Orleans and will run until August 26 in Los Angeles. Groban's tour will include Canadian singer-songwriter Sarah McLachlan for all dates, and the ticket demand has quickly risen to see the dynamic pair perform live this summer.

    This summer, 1970s rock bands Journey and the Doobie Brothers will hit the road for 'San Francisco Fest 2016', a massive joint North American tour. The trek will kick off on May 12 at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in California, and will run until August 30 when it finishes up in Chula Vista at the Sleep Train Amphitheatre. The tour will feature support from Dave Mason of the English rock band, Traffic as well. Tickets to see Journey and the Doobie Brothers were released in a pre-sale on November 30, and the demand has been high. The remaining tickets officially go on-sale this Saturday, and fans should expect to see prices rise as 2016 nears closer.

    Last week, Chicago and Earth, Wind & Fire announced that they would be extending their summer co-headlining tour, 'Heart and Soul Tour' 2015, into a bigger 2016 run appropriately coined 'Heart and Soul Tour 2.0'. The tour will launch on March 23 in Jacksonville and run until April 18 in New York City, playing 15 dates into new territory including major cities like Baltimore, Chicago, and New York City. Tickets to see Earth, Wind & Fire and Chicago are already climbing in price on the secondary market, and fans can expect to see a spike in price as the dates draw closer.
