Cobain lived in the Aberdeen, Washington, house until he was 9 years old, returning for a few years during his late teenage period. Fan want to make it a museum.

    The 10th anniversary of the release of The White Stripes's classic 'Get Behind Me Satan' is rapidly approaching, and Jack White is planning to commemorate the milestone with a vinyl reissue. The guitarist's Third Man Records will release the special edition record, marking the first time the 2005 effort will be available in the vinyl format. Fittingly, the album will be out on Record Store Day April 18.

    TV on the Radio had a solid 2014 with the release of its fifth studio album Seeds. The Brooklyn rock outfit will hit the road in support of the record later this month starting with a set at the Buku Music + Art Project Festival. The trek will take the group through Chicago, Los Angeles and Nashville, among other places, until it wraps in July in Morrison, Colorado, at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
  • Metallica Announces 'No Life 'Til Leather' Cassette Reissue

    Metallica is planning to rebel slightly on Record Store Day with the reissue of its 1982 demo cassette tape No Life 'Til Leather. Three of the thrash metal tracks - "Jump in the Fire," "Seek & Destroy" and "Metal Militia" - made it to the group's 1983 full-length release while "The Mechanix" did not. The original cassette featured the original lineup of James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Ron McGovney and Dave Mustaine.

Other big stops include Radio City Music Hall in New York City and the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, 'Billboard' noted.

The short, which took home an award at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival and stars eventual Oscar winner for Best Supporting Actor J.K.
