• Secret Solstice Fest Holds Party Inside a Volcano: Who Will Perform Surprise Set?

    After announcing a stacked 2016 lineup including artists like Radiohead, Deftones, Of Monsters and Men, Die Antwoord and Goldie (who will play a set featuring his groundbreaking album Timeless), Iceland's Secret Solstice Festival has announced that it will be inviting 20 ticketholders to party inside the now-dormant Thrihnukagigur Volcano. While the artist scheduled to perform the surprise set remains yet-to-be-revealed, the event marks the world's first-ever concert held within a volcano.

  • Ultra Europe 2015 Lineup Phase 2: Hardwell, Dash Berlin, Solomun Added

    The global run of Ultra Music Festivals is getting set to kick off after a moment-packed, albeit rainy Miami edition at the end of March. Two Southern Hemisphere Ultras took place in South Africa and Buenos Aires in February, but this summer will be the EDM festival brand's busiest yet. The biggest event for Ultra this summer will take place in Split, Croatia for the three-day European edition of its festival. They announced the first wave of acts who will be headlining the event in January and now Ultra Europe has rounded out the lineup with additions like Hardwell, Dash Berlin, Solomun, Jamie Jones, Sasha and many more.

  • One Tribe Festival Announces 2015 Lineup

    Southern California is adding another festival to already crowded schedule. SFX promoter ID&T, who puts on events like Tomorrowland, TomorrowWorld, Sensation and Mysteryland, is gearing up for its first ever west coast festival after just arriving in the United States in 2013. It was announced earlier in the year that they would be bringing a brand new festival concept, One Tribe Festival, to the west coast and now the full lineup has been revealed. The festival caters to a more underground-leaning crowd with names like Carl Craig, Jamie Jones, Guy Gerber, Damian Lazarus and Guti (live) all performing, while popular crossover acts in Kygo, Tycho and Gramatik will also share their talents.
