While she was once known to be the funniest and most realistic Kardashian sister she seems to have swapped some of that in favor of indulging in some seriously risky behavior. Her favoring bad boys such as French Montana and The Game has led to Kardashian choosing to run in circles that are filled with drugs and gang activity. While the Kardashian seems to have its' hands full with issues lately, the concern for Khloe's safety and well-being is a serious issue.

He had been one of Lamar Odom's best friend's and because of that, Sangouthai spent a lot of time with both Khloe and Rob Kardashian. While Khloe is reportedly being a rock of support for Odom right now, Rob seems to be struggling even more than usual on his own. Rob's weight has sky-rocketed in recent years, causing his self esteem to plummet and unfortunately, a report that he had checked into rehab a few weeks back proved inaccurate. Things have only gotten worse with the loss of Sangouthai, who was once Rob's roommate.

While the two had a falling out and had been out of contact for the last year, Sangouthai's apparent Heroin overdose has crushed Odom, who is supposedly leaning heavily on Khloe Kardashian at this time. Odom's devastation was apparent when he took a short flight from Las Vegas to L.A. for Sangouthai's funeral and resorted to using pills and booze to get him through the ordeal
