"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star got the shock of a lifetime last month when not only was she sentenced to 15 months in prison, but she also learned that she would have to serve her time before her shady husband Joe Giudice serves his. Teresa now has to turn herself in to authorities Jan. 5 and she has purposely devoted the weeks leading up to that date to her family, putting up a unified front. Unfortunately, Joe is not exactly on the same page. Joe intentionally involved his wife in all of his fraudulent business dealings, but he is not exactly being supportive to her or their four kids at all right now. According to a "Radar Online" report, Joe's admitted alcoholism has gotten considerably worse since sentencing: He is reportedly drinking with friends and avoiding being at home.

    The line-up for the very first Modern Sky Festival in New York City has been announced through the festival's website. Headliners include Cat Power, Liars, Stars, the Both (Aimee Mann and Ted Leo), and the Blood Brothers, who have reunited this year after splitting back in 2007. Some of the festival's other acts include a special tribute to Nigerian funk musician William Onyeabor featuring as of yet unannounced special guests, as well as a number of rock and electronic artists from China to fill out the rest of the line-up. The festival will take place on Saturday, Oct. 4 and Sunday, Oct. 5 at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park.
