Now, for the first time, Sony Music breaks its silence on the sexual abuse lawsuit that has been headlining for months. This past Friday (Sept. 18) Kesha asked for a preliminary injunction against her accused sexual abuser, Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Gottwald, meaning that a judge will have to rule on the validity of her recording contracts sooner rather than later. -
Dr. Luke Is Suing Kesha's Lawyer for Defamation After Implying the Producer Raped Lady Gaga
Dr. Luke has filed another lawsuit, this time against Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, who is representing the pop star against the producer in a separate sexual assault case. The latest lawsuit stems from Geragos' implications on Twitter and to "TMZ" that Dr. Luke, aka Lukasz Gottwald, raped Lady Gaga, who recently disclosed that she was assaulted nine years ago.
