    Run the Jewels have shared the music video for the powerful 'Run the Jewels 2' track "Close Your Eyes." The video is just as evocative, if not so, as the song that takes a strong stance against the current injustices facing society, like police brutality. Director AG Rojas crafts a simple, no-frills video, yet with an incredibly powerful message as two men -- a young black man played by Keith Stanfield (Jimmie Lee Jackson in 'Selma') and a white police officer played by Shea Whigham (Eli in 'Boardwalk Empire') and -- grapple with each other all day and all night on a deserted street without one side ever gaining an advantage or winning and eventually come to rest right next to each other. Symbolism is rife throughout the video as the two men represent the larger communities they come from and the seemingly never-ending battle between them. The video is the first of two parts, following the pair as Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso are cast as the main characters in a poor, rural area working tough, manual labor jobs where their only escape is to bareknuckle box each other.

    Kid Rock's newest music video is here, and it certainly falls on the conservative side of his multimedia endeavors. "First Kiss" is a New-Age, Mellencamp, country-tinged, pop song that features many of the same tropes that landed KR an international No. 1 with 2008's ""All Summer Long." The video is about as harmless as all of that sounds. An odd opening in which a grown-a-- woman hops out of a school bus pretending to be a kid is the only "Wait, what?" moment, followed by generic, "small-town" scenes filling up the bulk of the clip.     Young Buck is having quite a busy week releasing his second music video for the track “On Tha Way.” “On Tha Way” was produced by Bandplay and features visuals of Young Buck surrounded by peers doing his thing rapping late into the night. The track is an announcement and confirmation that as he is busy with work and filling his day with “all-day trapping, selling juices, sipping lean and selling loosies” he is surely “on tha way” and anticipating having a big year in 2015. Earlier this week saw a music video for “New Year’s Cake," and one cannot help but wonder if Young Buck will keep up this momentum or not. G-Unit’s release "The Beauty of Independence" EP had fans of Young Buck hungry for more and Young Buck is certainly delivering. The new video for “On Tha Way” saw mixed opinions from commenters on YouTube, with comments reading like “First song in a awhile that I don’t like from him. The hook is quite annoying. You can do better man” to “Young Buck is coming! Streets are in danger!!!” to “sounds like he’s been hanging out with Wacka Flocka too much.”
