• Ultra South Africa 2016 Lineup: Skrillex, Zedd, Dash Berlin Headline

    Ultra Music Festival has set up a strong outpost in South Africa over the past couple years and toda and UMF has unveiled the first phase of artists who will head down to Johannesburg and Cape Town at the end of February. Among those tabbed in the first phase are Skrillex, Zedd, Dash Berlin and Galantis.

    Still reeling from the death of its co-founder Alex Omes, Ultra Music Festival continues to serve its fans with more announcements about their upcoming festivals in 2015. The first festival on the UMF calendar is Ultra South Africa, set to take place next month from Feb. 13 to 14. The festival has announced who will be joining the already-unveiled headliners on the bill that include Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Martin Garrix and Axwell /\ Ingrosso. Now the festival has completed the lineup with its final batch of headliners and local acts that will feature Gorgon City, Oliver Heldens and DVBBS. There have been a whole host of local acts added to the lineup as well to keep the festival as authentic as possible and to make it not seem like outsiders are invading the country with growing artists like DJ Fresh, Goldfish and Protoculture leading the way. The festival will take place over two days in two different locations in Cape Town Feb. 13 and Johannesburg Feb. 14.
