ABC's newest singing competition Rising Star just got a bit more buzzworthy after word has spread of Kesha and Ludacris officially signing on to join country star Brad Paisley on the judging panel.

As the show's team of experts – in pop, hip-hop and country, of course – the trio will be hitting the airwaves on June 22 alongside singer Josh Groban, who will act as the host.

The program, which is based on the Israeli format of the same name, is a live talent show that encompasses real-time voting by at-home viewers via an app. Each performer is divided from the studio audience and voters by a transparent floor-to-ceiling LED screen that displays live images of voters and also allows the performer to see just how the voting count is growing as they perform. Afterwards, the LED screen is removed, letting the contestant see both the studio audience as well as the experts.

Former EP of American Idol Ken Warwick and The Voice's Nicolle Yaron serve as executive producers of Rising Star.

All of the show's key players – Kesha, Ludacris, Brad Paisley and Josh Groban – will appear together this Sunday at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards (hosted by Ludacris), also on ABC.
