Things just got real on the set of the daytime talk show The Real, which has left co-host and R&B singer Tamar Braxton without a seat on the panel for next season. In response, she presented threats to "watch your back" in the direction of someone, possibly on the show's staff, via an Instagram post.

The Real premiered in 2013 with five opinionated women of vastly different backgrounds. Tamera Mowry-Housley, Adrienne Baillon, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Braxton all addressed real-life issues, unfiltered, during their one-hour daytime slot on FOX, Monday through Friday. But, as reported by E News, Braxton will not be returning as a co-host for its third season, after something serious reportedly went down.

What that "something" was has yet to be determined or revealed. Braxton took to her Instagram to post a harsh, yet vague post about someone that she purposely left unnamed. Though she provided lack of details, what she did disclose was whomever she was referring to stabbed her in the back and now needs to watch theirs.

"I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted (not my man or my sisters)," captioned Braxton under a photo that showed her and sister Toni Braxton embraced in a hug. "I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch...and it's not in good taste to tell you who...... but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own. "

If you were thinking that her words could possibly be directed toward her four co-hosts, according to The Jasmine Brand, you would be wrong. Reportedly, Mowry-Housley, Baillon, Love nor Mai had any knowledge of Braxton's separation from the show. The site reports that all five women got along just great on camera and behind scenes and they are devastated that they were left in the dark with this information.

There are conflicting reports suggesting that Braxton was fired because she wasn't connecting with the audience and advertisers found her unmarketable for sales, according to Love B. Scott. It was a rep for the show who released a statement, as reported by E News, stating her departure was a decision made so that she can focus more on her solo singing career.

It's not clear what or who to believe since Braxton's Instagram clearly stated that people "Lie."
