The weekend just got that much better with Joe's new album,  #MyNameIsJoeThomas, out and available now.

The countdown to the release of Joe Thomas' 12th studio album has finally come to an end.

The pinned-tweet announcement came earlier today on Thomas' twitter account with a simple caption - "NEW ALBUM #MYNAMEISJOETHOMAS IS HERE!!!

The lead single from the album, "So I Can Have You Back" released in August and has consistently maintained its top 10 status on the Billboard Adult R&B chart ever since. The follow up single, "Happy Hour" featuring Gucci Mane and the music video, released last week and has only added to the album's anticipation. During the making of the Plaid Takeover Presents music video, Thomas shared multiple photos and footage from the set on his Instagram.

In one post, Gucci Mane proclaimed Thomas to be an R&B god and expressed his gratitude for allowing him to be a part of the "Happy Hour" project. "...Shout out to my boy Joe, this his last album, I'm so grateful to be a part of this record - be a part of his project," stated the "Lemonade" rapper. "When it comes to that R&B sh*t everybody know can't nobody f**k with Joe. That's just a known fact. The Trap god and the R&B god."

In addition to "So I Can Have You Back" and "Happy Hour" My Name Is Joe Thomas also features 14 other tracks with one of them being the Adele "Hello" cover. Thomas' rendition of the song received over 10 million views on YouTube which he spoke about briefly during his ABC7 interview. 'I just wanted to put my touch and feel on it and it surprised me as well how many people enjoyed it and loved my version," Thomas explained.

Gucci Mane, R&B fans and millions of YouTube viewers can agree that, there is indeed something special about Thomas.

His voice, the sincerity of his music and the big "S" on his chest makes him a stand-out artist with great R&B/soul albums that many can't wait to get their hands on and always look forward to the next.

Speaking of the next... that seems to be question many want to know - will My Name Is Joe Thomas be Joe's final album or will fans get a 13th?

As of now he's making no promises and responded with a simple "we'll see" when asked by ABC7.
