Chief Keef is back in the headlines with another legal mishap. Just weeks after his DUI hearing was delayed due to his tour, the Chicago rapper (legally named Keith Cozart) failed to show up for a hearing in his child support case. According the Chicago Tribune, a warrant was issued Monday for his arrest.

As the Tribune notes, the hearing was meant to address the more than $10,000 Cozart allegedly owes the mother of his 17-month-old daughter in back child support. The figure was stated in a petition field last month by the state attorney, consisting of $5,000 in back payments and monthly payments of $1,650. The order also required Cozart to secure health insurance for the child, which he did do.

The child's mother, Erica Early, told the Tribune that Cozart made a few payments earlier this year but never caught up on what he currently owes her. She also noted that the rapper hasn't seen his daughter in at least a few months.

"I guess since he's living the lifestyle that he's living, that you know, right now he probably don't care about it too much," she told them.

The case is one of two pending child support cases against the rapper in Cook County, the Tribune notes. Cozart was also evicted from his Highland Park mansion last month after missing $30,000 in rent payments.
