Singer Shakira got some good news when she found out her ex-boyfriend Antonio de la Rúa won't be able to touch her bank account. De la Rua filed a lawsuit against the "The Voice" judge/coach for a $100 million asking for her assets to be frozen until they work out what assets are his. According to E! News, Shakira's ex is claiming he and the singer made an oral agreement prior to their breaking up in 2011. De la Rua says that is entitled to some of her fortune since he was acting as her manager while they were dating. A Geneva judge has dismissed De la Rua's claim.

Obviously Shakira and her lawyers are very pleased with the judge's decision. "In a fifteen page well-reasoned opinion the Swiss court dismissed all of Mr. de la Rúa's claims that he was entitled to any participation in Shakira's past, current or future business, brand or assets, including future income," Ezequiel Camerini (Shakira's attorney) told E! News.

Shakira has since moved on and is now dating Spanish soccer player Gerar Pique. She has a baby boy, Milan, with Pique. Shakira is also now known for her role as a coach and judge on NBC's hit reality show "The Voice." Shakira joined the cast along with fellow newcomer Usher last season as the show continued to be a ratings success. It was announced recently that Cee Lo Green and Christina Aguilera would return as judges on season 5 of "The Voice." However, Shakira and Usher would be returning for season 6 as a part of the rotating judging panel.
