If you love AMC's zombie thriller The Walking Dead and want to watch former Guns N' Roses axeman Slash nerd out on this week's upcoming episode, then tune into the network's after-show Talking Dead on Sunday (October 26).

According to AMC's website, the iconic guitarist will join actress Mary Lynn Rajskub (24) and a "surprise" cast member from the beloved show to discuss season five's third episode, "Four Walls and a Roof." The talk show follows The Walking Dead, which airs Sundays at 10/9c.

The recent premiere of TWD's newest season drew 17.3 million viewers, the most in the series' history, TV by the Numbers notes. According to Entertainment Weekly, AMC renewed the show for a sixth season earlier this month. "We could not be more excited for October 12 as we share new episodes of The Walking Dead with fans around the globe," AMC President Charlie Collier said. "In advance of Sunday's season five premiere, AMC proudly confirms a sixth season order of this extraordinary series. Thank you to Robert Kirkman, Scott Gimple, the terrific executive producers, and the entire team who brings this compelling world and these rich characters to life. There's plenty more Dead ahead thanks to their impressive, collective effort."

Slash released his second collaboration with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators on September 16 titled World on Fire. The album went to number 10 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, fueled by tunes like "Bent to Fly," "30 Years to Life" and the title track. "I love it as much as I ever have going in the studio," he told Ultimate Guitar. "Especially because I have a lot more experience these days, and I know exactly what it is I want to do."
