The Rascal Flatts just finished up their summer arena and stadium Rewind Tour across the United States and are already serving up some new shows to fans. They just announced a new residency in Las Vegas at the Vegas output of the Hard Rock Hotel starting next year according to Rolling Stone. The Rascal Flatts will start their nine-concert residency at the Joint, a 4,000-seat venue inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Feb. 25, 2015.
This will be the first country residency to preside inside the storied Vegas club. Other country acts have held down residencies in Las Vegas, including Shania Twain's epic 110-show run at the Caesars Palace Colloseum, but no country act has set foot to perform inside the Joint just yet. Clubs are more and more becoming dominated by EDM DJs in Las Vegas, so it is interesting to see who the last few are who hold out from the dance music domination.
In a statement on their website, Jay Demarcus, the group's bassist said, "We are thrilled to be playing such a storied venue as The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. We're so excited to do something so different for us. You will experience Rascal Flatts in a way you've never seen us before — up close, intimate and personal, and we promise you one thing, it's going to rock!"
You can view the full schedule below as they take over the Joint from Feb. 25 to March 14 next year. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. PST and start at $39.50 + taxes and fees.
