Some relief, yes, after the horrible ceiling collapse at the Apollo Theater in London's Shaftesbury Avenue.

According to The Stage, West End audience numbers have not generally been affected by the widely-reported catastrophe.

Even the theaters next door, the Gielgud and the Queen's which took in the injured on that awful night, have not seen a drop-off in audience figures.

There were inevitable worries that the Apollo incident would create a wider scare effect.

That hasn't happened.
