Colorado electronic music trio Savoy have released a brand new EP 1000 Years. The EP shows growth beyond what the group has been putting over the past several years. To go along with the new EP, Savoy will be heading out on month-long 100 Light Years Tour in January to support their new music.

The four track EP has remarkable diversity for a project from these guys. They incorporate orchestral elements, dubstep, straight ahead electro, trap and other bass-heavy sounds as vocals are woven into their gritty rhythms throughout the EP.

Since their breakout in the late 2000s, riding the wave of the U.S. EDM boom, Savoy have found a comfortable niche within the U.S. dance scene. However, beyond some tours and free albums, they have struggled to grow beyond the Colorado bass music brand established early on. This EP brings them back to prime form with creative and well-produced music.

Stream the 1000 Years EP below and pick it up on iTunes via Monstercat.

When the group go on tour they are known to bring out a load of lasers. It isn't clear if that will be a part of this tour, but judging by past tours, don't be surprised to see loads of lasers.
