Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" was another track from his new album Purpose that helped redefine the Canadian pop superstar and push the "tropical house" sound further into the mainstream. Now the tune has been flipped and reimagined by Australian DJ Alison Wonderland.

The chilled out, tropical house instrumental is present in the builds and breaks, but Wonderland's remaining begins there and completely takes over in the drops. She takes his voice and chops it up and repeats it in the opening, before allowing the track to build with the pre-chorus into the powerful future bass drop with its searing synths and booming snares. Bieber's voice is once again chopped up and distorted as is common for many Aussie future bass tracks, while Wonderland's distant shouts that appear on her other records can be heard in the background.

Fans have been begging Wonderland to release this track over the past few months. She now feels ready to share the official version on her SoundCloud and is somewhat confident it won't get taken down.

Seeing how Justin Bieber is a big fan of the Marshmello remix of "Where Are Ü Now," it is possible that he could latch onto this rework and make it official. As for now, the remix may get taken down from SoundCloud by their bots, so listen to this as many times as you just in case.

Bieber has not unveiled any official remixes from Purpose yet, but with the strong influence of electronic music felt on the record some could be coming.

No word on when this Alison Wonderland remix will be officially released or at all, but stay tuned for any announcement on that front.
