Mel B, whose full name is Melanie Brown, sparked a speculated feud between her fellow Spice Girls members Mel C and Victoria Beckham as she unfollowed Melanie Chisholm on Instagram and Twitter and commented about Beckham's alleged turned off microphone during their performances.

Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Mel B is no longer following Melanie C on social media after the Sporty Spice allegedly dropped out of their planned Spice Girls reunion to mark 20 years since their single, "Wannabe," became a hit.

“Mel C is out of the reunion for now. She has essentially left the band to focus on a more serious music career," a source told The Sun. “She loves the girls but it just didn’t feel right for her to reunite with them at the moment. She has other priorities and obviously it was a bit of a problem that Victoria made it clear she wasn’t going to be part of the reunion.”

Mel B also commented about the latest revelation from Beckham, who claimed that her microphone was off during the group's performances. The singer turned model, who will also skip the reunion, added that she now got the last laugh because of her fame as a fashion designer and model. But according to Mel C, they didn't know about it since they always perform live and that maybe Posh Spice asked for her mic to be off, Mirror reported.

July marks 20 years since the fivesome released their first single, "Wannabe" in 1996; a song that went on to spend seven weeks on the top UK Singles Chart and also topped the Billboard Hot 100 for four weeks.

The group will also be doing some worldwide concerts in 2017 including in London and Los Angeles. Although it is still uncertain if they will be complete for the anniversary, Mel B revealed that they are planning something for it.

"It's an ongoing thing we keep talking about, and it is our 20th anniversary, so we're going to do something," she said, according to Times of India. "We're just trying to figure that out right now. There will be something happening.
