After being born on October the 24th, 1996, JAntho CHO quickly realised that he would likely grow up to be a multi-talented and multifaceted individual. From as early as the age of 5, CHO had immersed himself in a plethora of different activities and inspirations- including video games, 90’s cartoons, basketball and football, before finally engaging with the art of music and beginning to self-teach himself the piano at the age of 12 as well as participate in his middle school’s band classes.
Moreover, JAntho CHO is a fluent Spanish speaker- a fact which he credits to his ability to consistently ensure he regularly attended any required academic seminars in order to significantly expand his vocabulary.
By the end of his high school years, CHO’s music had received a prolific amount of recognition. As he would regularly hand over CDs to a plethora of relatives and other individuals that he would commonly interact with, his early growth is commonly attributed to his robust work ethos and entrepreneurial curiosity.
The next step towards the proliferation of what has turned out to be a significantly prominent musical and philanthropic career was when JAntho CHO started performing live shows in and around the Midwest. This is because a significant number of Record label companies were allowed to indulge themselves in a quick overview of what would soon become the dynamic rise of ‘CHO’ music.
There are a plethora of leading figures that have influenced CHO’s innovative style of music. As can be expected by the dynamic nature of his work, such influences vary greatly and can span several years apart- including Lil Wayne, Kendrick Lamar, Bob Marley, Ab-Soul, AC/DC, Eryka Badhu and Snoop Dogg.
CHO released his first ever single- named "Tell Me", in 2016 and received an astounding amount of global recognition. This was an experience of fundamental importance of JAntho CHO as it effectively motivated him to take his already successful musical career to the next step and really dive into the essence of ‘CHO’ music- an art of dynamic nature which is further explored below.
The Chronicles of ‘CHO’: A Musical Personality
‘CHO means to have self-actualized, having understood or realized one's full, or human potential, and is succeeding, or has succeeded in reaching one’s full potential’- JAntho CHO.
JAntho CHO’s aforementioned ‘CHO’ movement is one of novel nature. Despite its chaotically dynamic nature, CHO music is actually a reflection of CHO’s own multi-facetted and multi-talented personality. Its birth, therefore, is undoubtedly a byproduct of JAntho CHO’s own past history and personal philosophy.
Having extensively experimented with psychedelics in the past, CHO was a passionate advocate for spreading awareness in relation to psychedelic drugs. According to CHO, such drugs have in the past allowed him to ‘bypass’ all natural barriers and dive even deeper into the essence of his music on a spiritual level and achieve enlightenment.
As a Scorpio, he believes his ability to sense and work with his ‘spirituality’ is one of his most powerful assets and consequently he has incorporated this ability- in conjunction with his robust work ethic, life-philosophy, and psychology, to create his aforementioned ‘CHO’ brand.
JAntho is also an adamant believer of assisting those in need, and consequently has spent a prolific amount of time providing altruistic donations to persons which he believes are in dire need in our society. JAntho CHO believes this is- once again, a reflection of his ‘CHO’ movement which in essence is all about enabling individuals from a plethora of different social and economic backgrounds to access their ‘true power’ and achieve their ultimate goals in life.
Final Take and Announcements
In the next couple of weeks, JAntho CHO is scheduled to release his Deluxe album titled ‘CHOLo’ before moving on to his next release named ‘Cloud 180 2’ and eventually resuming his ample live performances which are scheduled for April 2021 in Las Vegas, Nevada and October of 2021 at the Lost But Found Festival in Byars, Oklahoma.
