That was the beginning of his music career.

He said, "Singing fascinated me. I never missed an opportunity to sing at the Sunday church or school competitions. My parents encouraged me to sing because I was so passionate about it. I didn't want to become a bathroom singer. I would often record my voice and listen to it repeatedly to compare whether I was close to the singers on the music player. When most kids of my age went out to play and have fun, I spent my time listening to world music. Rap and hip-hop were two genres that interested me the most. I would borrow music players from my friends at school and listen to them for hours. I think listening to so many songs at such a young age helped me in my songwriting later."

He knew that if he wanted to become a famous musician, he would have to start early. And so, he started making music when he was 12. However, no one knew him back then. I had been making music for more than seven years. Sometimes, I got frustrated because no one allowed me to show my musical skills. I can't thank my parents enough for supporting me all these years. I would also like to thank my supporters, without whom this wouldn't have been possible. It's a very emotional moment for me."
