Lai Ram Ceu, better known as King Lai , is a first-generation Asian-American rapper , singer , songwriter, and businessman. King Lai's most recent project is called "The Plan" ft. KT6. Born July 18, 1998 in Chin State, Myanmar; Lai Ram Ceu better known as King Lai moved to Quad Cities, IL in 2008, graduating from United Township High School in 2016. He became a US citizen, attending Black Hawk College in Moline, IL for a few years before dropping out to start investing in real estate.

King Lai now owns over 13 properties and over 50+ units in the Quad Cities. One of them is a 24-unit complex worth more than $1.2 million next to the high school he attended. This moment is the inspiration of his new song "The Plan."
