Queen B is on the road to bag her first GRAMMY nod in the Dance/Electronic category, a new ground for the music icon to be straddling on.

Her latest album, "Renaissance," is a shoo-in-the category, including the big 3, Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and even Song of the Year.

According to Pitchfork, the first rounds of GRAMMY Nomination Voting started earlier this week, which is why insider sources have been leaking out here in there already.

As expected, "Renaissance" was submitted for both the Best Dance/Electronic Album and Album of the Year categories. Its lead single, "Break My Soul," was submitted for Best Dance/Electronic Song, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year.

But that wasn't everything Bey submitted for consideration. Apparently, a few tracks from "Renaissance" were also given in.

"CUFF IT" is in the running for Best R&B Song, while "HEATED" and "VIRGO'S GROOVE" is on the list for Best R&B Performance.

Billboard predicts that "Renaissance" is a strong contender for the Album of the Year category. But her strong opponents include Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Kendrick Lamar, Taylor Swift, and even Adele. Notoriously, Beyonce has lost to Adele every time the two of them face off in the said category.

Next to Adele's staggering 804,000 album equivalent album units last November 2021 for "30," Beyonce's "Renaissance" trails behind at 332,000 equivalent album units during the timeframe of the GRAMMY eligibility period.

"Renaissance" has met widespread critical acclaim from many music publications. Rolling Stone gave the album 4.5/5 stars, noting that "Beyoncé is more relatable than ever, giving listeners all the anthems and sultry slaps we love and have come to expect from her, proving that inclusivity is the new black."

Earlier this month, Beyonce shut down claims that Right Said Fred's song was sampled from "ALIEN SUPERSTAR" without their written consent.

"For their song, there was no sound recording use, only the composition was utilized. Permission was asked of their publisher on May 11, 2022, and the publisher approved the use on June 15, 2022. They were paid for the usage in August 2022," Beyonce revealed to Entertainment Weekly.

More so, not only they got the rights in a legal way, but the two were also given co-writer credits on "Alien Superstar."
