Months after announcing her split from ex Gerard Piqué, it appears that Shakira is spending her Valentine's Day alone listening to heartbreak songs as she used one of the biggest songs on the Billboard charts for a TikTok video; was it a shade to her former lover?

According to Billboard, the "Waka Waka" songstress took to the social media platform to share a video of herself singing along to SZA's smash hit "Kill Bill."

In the short clip, the Latin singer donned a black jumpsuit and a pair of platform shoes while mopping her kitchen floor. Throughout the video, Shakira lip-synced to the lyrics, "I might kill my ex, not the best idea / His new girlfriend's next, how'd I get here?"

Although the "Hips Don't Lie" hitmaker didn't name her ex-boyfriend in the video, many fans immediately speculated that the clip was a shade at him.

"Pique has been real quiet since you posted this," one wrote, while another one expressed, "Shak continues to bill and collect the money and take advantage of her ex's infidelity. Make millions Shakira we love u!"

As of this writing, Gerard Piqué has not publicly reacted to the video.

Shakira, Gerard Piqué Relationship History

According to a relationship timeline published by Insider, the ex-couple's connection began in 2010 when they met on the set of the official music video for Shakira's iconic song "Waka Waka." Aside from her future boyfriend, other star athletes also appeared like Lionel Messi, Rafael Marquez, and more.

In a previous interview, the Columbian superstar admitted that she didn't know who Piqué was at the time as she wasn't a fan of soccer, but he caught her attention as she thinks he's cute even though she was still in a relationship with Antonio de la Rúa.

A month after her split from her longtime boyfriend, the singer was spotted hanging out together and they later made their relationship official on social media.

In 2013, the ex-couple welcomed their first baby named Milan. Even though they were not married, the musician said she didn't think it was a necessary step for them to tie the knot. Shakira went on to have a second child with the soccer player in 2015.

Last year, the songstress shocked the world upon announcing their break-up after being together for 11 years.

"We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the well-being of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect our privacy. Thank you for your understanding," the joint statement reads.
