The home where Naomi Judd died by suicide is up for rent years after the singer's passing.

The famed singer and the other half of The Judds died at the age of 76 on April 30, 2022, after her long battle with severe depression and anxiety. Autopsy report said she succumbed after sustaining a self-inflicted gunshot wound while at her Leiper's Fork, Tenn.

Naomi Judd's Home Is Open for Rent

Repass Properties LLC listed Judd's home as available for rent for $15,000 a month.

The 7,774-square-foot residence, located around 30 miles southwest of Nashville, has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The estate will welcome interested renters 19 months after Judd died in one of the estate's bedrooms.

"Seclusion and elegance wrapped up in one dream package," the listing reads. "Private, gated entry, natural light throughout the house, super spacious, beautiful lot and so much more!"

It continues: "Screened in porch, entertainment room with a wet bar, fridge/ice maker, custom baths and so much more beauty throughout."

The photos of the property also include the room, which has since been refurbished, where Judd died, but do not share that the place was where the crooner passed away, per RadarOnline.

Naomi Judd's Final Moments

Judd's daughter, Ashley, once submitted a court filing to prevent news outlets from publishing private details about the death of her mother.

She also noted in the document that she found Judd still alive after shooting herself and stayed with her for 30 minutes until the responders arrived. However, the singer passed away due to the injury afterward.

"(The Judds) will suffer significant trauma and irreparable harm in the form of emotional distress, pain and mental anguish should these records be released," attorney J. Michael Shipman II said. "Moreover, the release of these records would continue to cause the entire family personal and public pain for years to come as they would undoubtedly live in perpetuity on the internet."

He added that releasing information would surely cause distress and heartbreak to her bereaved family.

Judd died following her long battle with mental health issues, though she opened up about it several times in the years leading to her death. She first shared details about her struggles in her book, "River of Time: My Descent into Depression and How I Emerged with Hope," saying that she experienced the worst while dealing with the memories related to the child molestation she went through.
