  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Getting Divorce Papers Ready as Marriage to Joe Giudice Is in Ruins

Teresa Giudice is scheduled to surrender to authorities at a prison camp in Connecticut Jan. 5, a stint that will ultimately keep her locked away from her kids for 15 months. One of the ways that "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is dealing with her temporary fate is by beginning to plan for her life afterward. Once she is released, her husband Joe Giudice will immediately begin serving a 41-month sentence for a string of financial crimes, and it is unlikely that they will be married once he is a free man. According to a report by the "Daily Mail," Teresa is already planning on having Joe served with divorce papers shortly after he is locked up. She is already furious that she trusted his business dealings only to find herself a convicted felon who needs to serve prison time. The reality star has insisted that she was prone to signing things that her husband put in front of her without really understanding what the documents actually were. As time has gine on, Teresa has found the resentment growing and she knows that it will only be worse once she is locked up while Joe is still walking free.
  • WWE Delays 'New Day' Stable Over Ferguson Unrest Sensitivity

The WWE has built an empire on creating larger-than-life characters who still seem to have at least one foot in the real world. The organization pays close attention to what is hot on the Internet and also how the U.S. in general interacts with other countries. It is no coincidence that Russian characters have been brought in to play the bad guy at certain points in time when our relationship with Russian President Vladimir Putin is more than a little strained. It shows that it is paying attention to all sorts of issues outside of its organization and finding ways to connect with the fans on several levels at once. But every now and then a hot-button topic will come along that is too dicey even for World Wrestling Entertainment to touch, and the riots and protests in Ferguson, Missouri, have actually altered storyline plans. WWE was originally planning a big push for a new faction, according to Wrestling Inc., that includes Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E. They started popping up here and there but were not being given the kind of time that longtime fans could easily have expected. In recent weeks, the trio have been dubbed "The New Day" and have been the focus of several vignettes. This new faction is now on track to debut on "WWE Monday Night Raw" next week, so fans will finally learn more about them. According to Wrestling Inc., the stable's delay is directly related to the unrest in Ferguson. WWE believes that, quite obviously, racial tension is what is lying at the root of the protesting in Missouri, and while it as an organization will not take sides, it also did not want to do anything that could be perceived as contributing to the problem.
  • Most of the Kardashians Will Be Spending Thanksgiving as Far from Kris Jenner as Possible

Remember when part of the magical effect that the Kardashian family had on people was the ability to make fans jealous? It really did seem, at least for a little while, that life as a member of Kris Jenner's extended family would be simply amazing. Now, a few years after the bottom began falling out, even the most die-hard of fans know otherwise. It was all an illusion especially created for reality television and, unfortunately, Jenner's true reality seems to get more dismal by the week. After confirming that she is dating 25-year-old Corey Gamble, even her kids are refusing to come home for Thanksgiving! Kendall and Kylie Jenner were especially crushed by Kris's divorce from their father Bruce Jenner, and they often side with him. According to Radar Online, both girls are refusing to even deal with their mom's new man and will be spending the holiday with their father. Kourtney Kardashian's relationship with Scott Disick is a mess, so they are passing on Kris's invite. Khloé and Rob Kardashian are both unpredictable and dealing with their own issues, so they are likely to stay away, too. The only family members who are confirmed to be spending Thanksgiving at the family compound are Kim Kardashian and her little family, and that is likely because they still live there!
  • Jennifer Aniston's 'Cake' Shut Out of Independent Spirit Award Nods

This is supposed to be Jennifer Aniston's year. She decided to get really brave and un-pretty for her new role in Cake, in which she plays a depressed chronic pain sufferer. It is actually exactly the kind of part she needed to take in order to prove that she could portray someone other than a character similar to Rachel Green from "Friends" on the big screen. Aniston has won over audiences that have already seen her new indie flick — so much so that Oscar buzz has been swirling like crazy around her. That is why it comes as a semi-shock that Cake did not grab even a single nomination for the 2015 Independent Spirit Awards. The list of nominations was released yesterday, and Aniston was not in it. The Independent Spirit Awards nomination list is what technically kicks off awards season, and everything from this point on is just another step toward Oscar. Aniston, after months of Hollywood invisibility, has really been hitting the bricks to promote Cake. She has even shown up for various parties that are considered necessary to attend if you want the Academy to take you seriously.
  • ABC News Gets 1st Interview with Ferguson's Darren Wilson

Less than 24 hours after learning that there would be no indictment in the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown, we were all handed embattled Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson's first interview. While it was confirmed that Wilson had met with several journalists last week, he ultimately decided to speak on the record with ABC News heavyweight George Stephanopoulos, according to Yahoo! News. It was the first time Wilson has been seen in public in months, and he told his side of what happened during that violent altercation with Brown Aug. 9. According to "Time" magazine, Wilson claims that he feels like his conscience is cleared because he was doing his job by the book, and if he did not stop Brown, then he knew he would have been killed by him. He also made it clear that from his standpoint race was irrelevant and it would have ended the same way even if Brown had been white.
  • After Rumors of a Split, Kourtney Kardashian is Spotted with Party Boy and Baby Daddy Scott Disick

Kourtney Kardashian has been on the relationship merry-go-round with party boy, Scott Disick, for over eight years now and for a brief moment, it looked like she was finally done. Last weekend, Kardashian posted cryptic messages alluding to a split on her Instagram account while Disick did what he does best, -- he partied with his crew in Vegas. Just when it looked like they were finally done, Disick and the 8-months-pregnant Kardashian were spotted out in Calabasas together late Monday.
  • 'CT' Tamburello Proposed to Diem Brown 5 Days Before She Died

Fans of MTV's "The Challenge" are likely familiar with Diem Brown and Chris "CT" Tamburello's love story. They first met and fell in love on the show in 2006 and spent the next several years making up only to break up. Friends of the couple have said that while their relationship was complicated, Brown and Tamburello had a lot of love for each other, even when they were off. On Nov. 14, Brown died due to complications caused by the cancer that had spread throughout her body, but in her final days Tamburello worked hard to make their status official. According to "Us Weekly," just five days before Brown's death Tamburello burst into her hospital room and filmed a proposal that included a ruby ring. Brown shot him down, joking that she hated rubies, and so the next day he returned with a different ring. Brown knew her days were numbered, and she was struggling to find an alternative treatment that might buy her a little more time. She reportedly did not want to be engaged under those circumstances, and she likely knew that in the end it might make it harder for Tamburello to move on after her death.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Trying to Force Husband Into Rehab to Delay Her Prison Time

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and it sounds like Teresa Giudice is willing to do anything to postpone her 15-month jail stay. The star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" has admitted that since being sentenced that her husband, Joe Giudice, has a drinking problem. In fact, his defense team tried to use his addiction to try and sway the judge toward sending him to rehab rather than jail for his string of financial crimes. That did not work, but now Teresa has found a way for her husband's battle with booze to actually help her. According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa is supposedly pushing hard for Joe to check himself into a rehab facility ahead of her Jan. 5 surrender date. Apparently, she is hoping that if Joe were to go to rehab, then her attorney could petition the court to change her surrender date. The judge in this case has said she does not want the Giudices's four daughters to be left at home without a parent, so she probably would be willing to change Teresa's date if her husband were to decide to get help.
  • NBC's Tom Brokaw Makes Other Networks Jealous By Scoring Angelina Jolie Interview

Angelina Jolie has been working hard to promote her new film "Unbroken," which is the story of Louis Zamperini's life from Olympic long-distance runner to World War II prisoner of war. She has worked closely with NBC and let it into her tight circle as it works on a documentary about Zamperini and how she has brought his story to the big screen. Tom Brokaw has spent quite a bit of time with Jolie in recent months, and this morning, Nov. 25, on "Today" we caught a glimpse of his exclusive sit-down interview with her. Aside from this huge project, Jolie has had a lot of other things going on in her life, including her recent marriage to Brad Pitt. Brokaw took the time to ask Jolie about their new status as husband and wife after already spending a decade together.
  • Suri Cruise a Details-Oriented Perfectionist

Remember when little Suri Cruise was always clutching a blanket while being carried by Katie Holmes, or that short period of time when Tom Cruise justified his toddler daughter wearing kitten heels and real lipstick just like her mother does? Well, those days are long gone and Holmes has spent the last few years primarily raising her daughter in the bustle of New York City. When we see Suri out and about, now she looks age-appropriate but apparently some of her father's traits have been passed on to her. Holmes turned up on Ellen DeGeneres's show Monday, Nov. 24, for a chat and they ended up discussing life with Suri. As it turns out, the 8-year-old is already a meticulous perfectionist and things do not go well if you mess up her agenda. Holmes was discussing Christmas in her house and how plans are already in place — or else.
  • Kate Middleton Struggling to Keep Pregnancy Weight on While Working

Kate Middleton stepped out in Norwich, England, today in support of East Anglia's Hospices' Norfolk Capital Appeal, and once again she raised eyebrows with a bright red dress and a teased ponytail. We recently told you that Middleton has been attempting to sex up her style just a little bit by making purposefully different choices every time she walks out the door. Middleton's plan has definitely been working, as no one would accuse her of looking the least bit dowdy. She also is not looking very pregnant either, and it is starting to concern those around her. Middleton is approximately 18 weeks pregnant, and as you can see from today's photos, she barely has any baby bump. Obviously, her extended battle with morning sickness has likely prevented the duchess from gaining weight consistently this time around — at least so far. Middleton was relatively small when she delivered Prince George in July 2013, so she may not be the kind of woman who will put on a lot of pregnancy pounds. This time around is different, though, because she is also chasing after George, something that is not an easy task when she is already feeling rundown and drained.
  • CNN's Don Lemon Puts Foot in Mouth Again While Reporting from Ferguson

CNN's Don Lemon has been having a really rough time lately, and it basically has been his own doing. Last week he caught some major backlash after insinuating to Joan Tarshis, one of Bill Cosby's rape accusers, that she could have bit him to prevent the alleged assault. Now his reporting from Ferguson, Missouri, has also come under fire. Shortly after it was announced that Darren Wilson would not be indicted for fatally shooting 18-year-old Michael Brown, CNN's reporters were taking turns updating viewers at home on what was unfolding in front of them. Lemon and Anderson Cooper were discussing the chaos, and Lemon said that protestors were jumping on cars and he heard gunshots off in the distance. Then after a pause, Lemon followed up that assessment with: "Obviously, there's a smell of marijuana in the air." That detail was not obvious to anyone else, it seemed, as the rest of CNN's crew was too busy running for cover from tear gas and smoke bombs to notice any potential pot in the air. Once again, Twitter lit up with backlash against Lemon because he just cannot seem to keep from making insensitive comments on live television.
  • Did Bill Cosby Give Story to Press About Drug-Addicted Daughter to Silence Them on His Bad Behavior?

Every day at least one new Bill Cosby story hits the press, and they seem to be getting worse, if that is even possible. Countless women have come forward in the last two weeks, according to Yahoo!, telling similar stories that seem to paint Cosby at worst as a serial rapist or at least as a man who has used his fame to control others. Nearly every allegation has been made by someone who did not know the actor well, which is why the most recent story is so unsettling. According to Page Six, a reporter who used to work for the "National Enquirer" divulged details that, if true, kind of insinuate that Cosby is certainly not the best father, either. Supposedly, back in 1989 the magazine had a salacious story on Cosby swinging in Las Vegas with Sammy Davis Jr. and some show girls. At that point in time, Cosby's sitcom was the No. 1 show in America and he had been stereotyped as a father figure, so it was the kind of scandal he could not afford. Apparently, Cosby wheeled-and-dealed with the "Enquirer" and he gave it a different story to run, one about his then-23-year-old daughter Erinn, who had substance abuse issues. Cosby reportedly gave it all sorts of inside details on Erinn's drug and alcohol abuse with the understanding that it would not run the story on his own bad behavior.
  • Kris Jenner Says Another Divorce Would Kill Kim K.'s Career

Kim Kardashian's track record for love has been less than stellar. With two divorces already under her belt, she tends to choose the wrong men. While Kardashian has claimed that Kanye West is her true love and perfect match, we are hearing that behind the scenes things are hardly smooth between them. In the past, whenever Kardashian's relationships have gotten tricky, she would start to look for an exit plan, but momager Kris Jenner has already forbidden her from doing it this time, according to WebProNews. According to Radar Online, Jenner has already told her daughter that her career will never survive another divorce. As it is, whatever remaining fans she has still tend to think that Kardashian's second ill-fated marriage to Kris Humphries was more for their reality show than anything else. She cannot afford to have fans contemplating out loud whether or not she married West just to gain more fame while hoping to become better respected in Hollywood.
  • Ferguson Protesters Riot, Loot, Set Fires as Grand Jury Does Not Indict Darren Wilson in Michael Brown's Death

The worst-case scenario is what has unfolded in Ferguson, Missouri, after a 12-person grand jury failed to indict officer Darren Wilson on any criminal charges in the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown in August. While Brown's family pled for peaceful protests, that was not what several black militia groups, such as the RgB Black Rebels, had in mind. Police in riot gear failed to control protestors, according to AOL, who went from throwing rocks to torching several of their own local businesses in just a few hours last night, Nov. 24. Prosecuting attorney Bob McCulloch said the jury met on 25 separate days over the course of three months, hearing more than 70 hours of testimony from about 60 witnesses, including three medical examiners and experts on blood, toxicology and firearms. In the end, they ultimately believed Wilson's account of what had occurred between him and Brown. It is also important to note that the physical evidence also guided the jurors in making their final decision. Many seemed to feel that McCulloch completely dropped the ball in his defiant delivery of the grand jury's decision. He was in a position to attempt to unite both sides by his tone and empathy for the loss of Brown's life and how it has crushed the teen's family. Instead, McCulloch seemed to inflame protestors even more and the end result was disastrous, according to Yahoo!
