When Dakota Johnson and Melanie Griffith walked the red carpet at the Oscars together last night, Feb. 22, it was no doubt one of the most special shared moments between the mother and daughter. Johnson has been absolutely everywhere over the last few weeks, thanks to her part in a little film called 'Fifty Shades of Grey,' and she has been praised as one of the high points of the film because of her portrayal of ingenue Anastasia Steele. Griffith has talked about how proud she is of her daughter, but also expressed no desire in seeing the BDSM film, until now. -
'Fifty Shades of Grey' Will Finish This Week in Top Spot Despite Financial Decline
Fifty Shades of Grey is still kicking some serious butt at the box office in its' second week of release.While the film did face some real drop off with ticket sales being down 70% over last week, the film is still easily going to land in the top spot this week. After grossing $102.7 million last week it still looks like it will take in at least another $25 million.
