  • Dog Blood Share Monegros Set From Boys Noize's BitTorrent Bundle [LISTEN]

Dog Blood, the colaborative effort between Skrillex and Boys Noize, has been dormant for quite some time now as they focus on individual projects, most notably Skrillex and his work with Diplo as Jack Ü. The pair have released the BitTorrent bundle recording from their last live set together -- a festival in the desert of northern Spain called Monegros Festival in July 2014 where they played at 7 a.m.
  • Movement '15 Lineup: Dog Blood, Dixon, Disclosure, Joris Voorn, More Included

Detroit's storied Movement Festival will make its triumphant return to its home in Hart Plaza this Memorial Day weekend, and to get fans excited for a house- and techno-filled weekend, the festival has announced the first phase of its star-studded 2015 lineup. The underground electronic music destination will feature some of the biggest names in techno, house, tech and deep house. The lineup includes some big names like Dog Blood, Disclosure, Dixon, MK, Joris Voorn, Luciano and Richie Hawtin. There will be plenty of DJs bringing out their live setups like Ten Walls, Clark, Henrik Schwarz and others, via "Beatport."
  • Boys Noize Hints at Dog Blood Return with Skrillex

Ever since the end of 2013, Skrillex's attention has turned toward his own career, finishing his album "Recess" and his newly formed duo with Diplo, Jack U. This has left his other duo alongside Boys Noize — Dog Blood — to fall by the wayside and lie dormant during this time. In a cryptic new post on Boys Noize's Instagram, the German techno producer puts up an illustration with an odd mixture of drawings in the style of past Dog Blood artworks. It simply had the caption "#db." While it is not conclusive that the duo are coming back, especially with how involved they both are with their own work at the moment, it would be about time for Skrillex and Boys Noize to get the band back together to do some shows and make some music, via "Dancing Astronaut."
