If you're going to run for president and make a big splash with your YouTube announcement, you had better make sure you've cleared all the music you use first. That's something that Republican presidential Rand Paul had to learn the hard way. On Tuesday (April 7), the GOP candidate for Commander-in-Chief released a campaign video featuring the John Rich song "Shuttin' Down Detroit," and the uncleared song automatically got pulled from YouTube.
