    Scott Disick seems to be taking his split from Kourtney Kardashian pretty well, doesn't he? Rather than trying to make things right with his baby mama, Disick has instead continued to party with friends in excess. Not only does the perpetual bad boy believe that Kardashian will eventually take him back, but he has also blown off suggestions by friends that a trip to rehab might be in order.

    Scott Disick's week-long stint in a Costa Rican rehab facility seems to have been little more than an annoying detour on his social calender. He had not even left the country when it was already confirmed and being promoted that Disick will be back in the house hosting this Friday, March 27, at 1 OAK, his favorite Las Vegas club. We know the reality star has returned to Los Angeles because he was spotted out and about with two of his kids yesterday, March 25, but that does not mean all is well on the home front. At some point, Kourtney Kardashian was going to become serious about her baby daddy getting help, and right now seems to be the time. Their relationship hangs by a thread after he ditched rehab.

    This time last week we were hearing that Scott Disick had checked himself in to a rehab facility in Costa Rica and there seemed to be a bit of hope that Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy was finally going to get himself sober. We're not sure how far in to actually detoxing Disick actually got because within a few days the press was all over the fact that he was going to be leaving the facility in spite of it being normally a 21-day commitment at least. It seems that Disick isn't at all committed to his sobriety and the rumors that rehab was actually a paid publicity stunt seem more legit than ever today.
