    We've heard a number of rumors regarding almost every player outside of the Barclays Premier League linked to transfers to get them to move to England, but there is some clear evidence about the latest speculation this week. While FC Barcelona has two of the three Ballon d'Or finalists that were announced on the shortlist earlier this week, the La Liga giants could lose them due to money troubles. Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. are two of the top footballers in the world (Crisitano Ronaldo is the other Ballon d'Or finalist), but financial issues are arising at their club.
