  • RPM Announces Big Week NYC Series Featuring Fetty Wap, Knife Party, Dillon Francis and More

    Big Week NYC, the annual end-of-year electronic dance party series, has announced this year's lineup of DJs, producers and rappers who will perform at six different events throughout the last week of December, and it's a perfect nightcap to 2015. The concerts hosted at Pier 94 on Manhattan's West Side and downtown at Pier 36 will bring together many of dance music and hip hop's biggest, most bass-fueled names including Fetty Wap, Yellow Claw, Knife Party, Griz, Adventure Club, Dillon Francis, Oliver Heldens, Etc! Etc!, 12th Planet, Paper Diamond and many more in the days leading up to New Year's Eve performances by Future and Rudimental at Pier 36 and The Chainsmokers, Nicky Romero, Travis Scott and Ansolo at Pier 94.

    New York City promoter BangOn! have announced the complete details (minus the location, as is tradition) for their largest event of the summer, Elements. The one-day festival will host 31 DJs over 11 hours at an unknown Brooklyn location. Among those tabbed to perform are Paper Diamond, XXYYXX, Nora en Pure, Amtrac, Shpongle, Autograf, Louis Futon, HeroBust and more.

    Diplo's burgeoning label Mad Decent has grown from a small label releasing music by Diplo and a few other artists to a growing empire that hosts dozens of events all across the United States and now a multi-day cruise. In its first year, the Mad Decent Boat Party took place in November from November 12 to 16. The boat cruise just released its short, but to-the-point after movie featuring plenty of footage of the beautiful oceans and beaches that the cruise guided its passengers to and some live footage from the event to make sure you know that music was played.
