I had the pleasure of seeing Queen of Jeans a month ago in NYC, and I can honestly say that they are a band that sound as good as, if not better live than their recordings. While their self-titled debut EP is a collection of infectious originals that is clearly worth the money, the band's cover of The Bangles' "Walk Like an Egyptian" is a standout performance in their live show and a notable track on the blogs covering them. For the song's music video, Queen of Jeans cast their moms as the band, resulting in major cuteness, you guys. -
