Five people were shot and wounded early Sunday morning, Jan. 11, near a crowded nightclub in San Jose, California. According to the police, the gunfire was reported around 1:20 a.m. and officers found four victims injured at the scene and rushed them to the hospital, with another victim walking into a local hospital's emergency room following the situation. Police reported that while the exact conditions of the victims are not immediately available, all are expected to survive the incident. Chris Brown was not injured and posted on Twitter saying, "I'm 100." The tweet has since been deleted. It was also reported that several people were detained following the situation outside the nightclub, but details are still yet to be released. It is still uncertain if any arrests were made. Brown was at the nightclub hosting an event as part of a VIP birthday event, with local DJs Big Von and Black Marc as advertised for being the providers of entertainment for the evening. It was also reported that tickets to this event began at $50 and went as high as $2,500.
