TBD Fest co-founder Clay Nutting is being sued by Katrina Arnaud, a Sacramento-based certified public accountant for breach of contract and fraud. The lawsuit filed in Sacramento Superior Court on Dec. 9 on the behalf of Arnaud claims that Nutting took out a $200,000 loan from Arnaud and failed to pay it back. -

Fiercely proud of its roots in the Republic of California, TBD Festival has announced the complete lineup for the 2015 edition of the three-day event. The lineup includes a wide range of trendy electronic acts, rappers and different bands. Among those who will be headlining include Madeon, Chance The Rapper, Chromeo, Ratatat, Death Grips (though you never know with them) and Tears For Fears.
