Queen Latifah to Star in 'Empire' Creator Lee Daniels' New Musical Drama on FOX
Two big names are coming together to work on a brand-new show for FOX. Queen Latifah and 'Empire' creator Lee Daniels are putting together a musical series that is set to star Queen alongside three new faces, who were chosen after open auditions: Jude Demorest ('Dallas'), Ryan Destiny ('Low Winter Sun') and Brittany O'Grady ('The Messengers'). The show will be co-created and co-written by Tom Donaghy and directed by Daniels. -

Country crooner turned pop star Taylor Swift stopped by Metlife Stadium in New Jersey for back to back concerts Friday and Saturday night in which the first '1989' performance saw surprise appearances from the celebrated U.S. Women's National Soccer Team. Saturday night brought it's own lineup of all-star celebrities, this time including everyone's favorite Litchfield inmate and one of three Jonas brothers.
